A short drive from the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and set amongst rolling sagebrush hills and rocky terrain with excellent views of the Elkhorn and Wallowa mountains, this popular seasonal OHV (off-highway vehicle) area offers a variety of challenges for the basic to advanced OHV enthusiast. Trails and routes are available for all classes of OHVs including motorcycles, four-wheel drives, and quads. Know Before You Go: Open year round. Restroom: Seasonally at Trailhead. No Fee. Pets are ALLOWED but must be LEASHED. Please dispose all pet waste in trash. Oregon ATV permits required Point of Interest: Seasonal closures may be in effect.
